CAST OF CHARACTERS.....

ALEX MONREAU - Male, 35, member of the Special Forces
* DR. WILLIAM NEAL - Male, late 50's, Physicist
* DR. TOM FORD - Male, late 50's, Physicist
* YOUNG DR. WILLIAM NEAL - same as above, mid 20's
* YOUNG DR. TOM FORD - same as above, mid 20's
PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES - Male, distinguished and presidential
GUS - Male, mid 20, anti-government activist
GENERAL JOHNSON - cameo appearance by special guest artist
Extras - men, women and children.

* The roles of Dr. Neal and Dr. Ford require special attention during casting to place
similar looking actors in the roles of both the YOUNG and OLDER characters.

** Auditions will be videotaped. Call backs will be shot for a screen test.

The Moiré Effect is a Science Fiction, Action-Thriller. This short film is part of a treatment for
feature-length funding and will be presented in Film Festivals beginning on June 16, 2008.

This short will be shot on a minimal budget and does not offer compensation for rendered
services. The film will be treated as a big budget film, using professional equipment and
(more importantly) a professionally conducted schedule. We understand that your time is
valuable and great care will go into not wasting it. In the end, every member will receive
a DVD of a project that they will feel proud to have been a part of.
Full Craft Services and meals will be provided as well.

Ted Arabian has quickly been recognized as an "actor's director" and a filmmaker of
great ingenuity, creating well-crafted films utilizing his strong theatre background.
